Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer specializing in vacuum systems to promote and sell vacuum equipment and solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong sales and communication skills to identify customer needs, develop new business opportunities, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the vacuum systems and equipment market.
• Promote and sell vacuum pumps, vacuum systems, and related industrial equipment.
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable vacuum solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and sales terms to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical, engineering, and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and orders throughout the sales cycle.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in technical sales, preferably in vacuum systems, vacuum pumps, or industrial equipment.
• Good understanding of industrial applications and vacuum technologies is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and explain product benefits to customers.
• Excellent customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
