Continuously monitor inventory levels. Conduct periodic stocktaking (daily / weekly / monthly). Reconcile actual quantities with the system. Enter and update inventory data in systems. Prepare periodic reports on inventory status. Analyze item movement (fast-moving / slow-moving). Coordinate with the purchasing department for replenishment. Coordinate with the sales department to forecast demand. Follow up on purchase and supply orders. Monitor product expiry (if applicable). Reduce inventory loss and waste. Organize and arrange the warehouse according to standards (FIFO / LIFO). Use barcode and inventory management systems. Follow up on discrepancies and investigate them. Adhere to the company's storage policies and procedures.
