Job description

Management of the NetSuite system and monitoring its daily operations.

Setting up general accounts, customers, vendors, expenses, and financial reports.

Management of inventory and movement of goods between warehouses and branches.

Setting up the purchasing cycle from requisition to receipt of goods, invoices, and payments.

Linking the system with POS sales points and monitoring daily sales and transactions.

Preparation of cost reports for food, raw materials, and profitability for each branch.

Building dashboards and reports for financial and operational management.

Setting up user permissions and roles, as well as internal compliance and monitoring.

Training employees, resolving issues, and developing operational procedures within the system.

Skills

Advanced practical experience in Oracle NetSuite and managing its configurations.

Familiarity with financial and accounting systems and preparation of financial reports.

Management of inventory and warehouses and movement of goods between branches.

Management of the purchasing cycle and vendors, and procurement orders and invoices.

Preparation and analysis of product costs, raw materials, and sales costs.
