Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Alexandria. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify leads, present digital marketing and design services to prospective clients, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role also involves coordinating with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are understood and met, as well as contributing to sales reports and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, understand client needs, and provide clear, professional support.
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
• Experience in Training, with the ability to explain services, processes, and best practices to clients or internal team members.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g., motion graphics, web design, SEO) and the ability to translate them into value-focused sales messages.
• Good negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in proposals and contracts.
• Comfort working in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Alexandria and managing time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous experience in agency, digital marketing, or technology sales is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
