Role Description The Learning and Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria. This role is responsible for assessing training needs, designing learning programs, and delivering engaging training sessions to employees across different functions. Daily activities include creating instructional materials, managing learning platforms, coordinating training schedules, and tracking participation and performance. The specialist collaborates with managers to align training initiatives with organizational goals and provides coaching to support individual development. The role also involves evaluating training effectiveness, collecting feedback, and recommending improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications

• Strong Training & Development skills, including needs assessment, program design, and facilitation.
• Experience with Learning Management systems and tools to administer, track, and report on training activities.
• Proficiency in Instructional Design, creating structured, learner-focused content and materials.
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to provide effective Coaching to employees and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in L&D or HR in a fast-paced or outsourcing environment is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
