Role Description The Retail Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis, responsible for supporting retail operations and delivering an excellent in-store experience. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products across printers, inks, computer accessories, and related solutions. The role involves maintaining product displays, ensuring stock availability, and accurately processing sales and returns. The Retail Specialist will handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and support customer satisfaction efforts while collaborating with team members to meet sales targets and uphold store standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and drive in-store sales performance.
• Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge across relevant technology categories, with the ability to explain features, benefits, and comparisons clearly.
• Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building long-term customer relationships.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail in handling transactions and inventory, with basic numeracy and comfort using point of sale systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours, and operate in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous experience in retail or technology product sales is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
