Your Responsibilities

· Supporting day-to-day accounting preparation

· Checking and processing invoices and receipts

· Entering and maintaining accounting and payment data

· Preparing documents and records for financial accounting

· Checking and allocating incoming and outgoing invoices

· Supporting account checks and reconciliations

· Handling general administrative tasks related to accounting

· Maintaining and organizing documents and records

· Communicating with internal departments regarding accounting-related questions

· Supporting additional administrative and commercial tasks as required

Requirements

Your Qualifications

· Good English language skills, both written and spoken

· Previous practical experience in administration, accounting, or a similar commercial field is an advantage

· Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

· Strong numerical skills and a basic understanding of accounting and commercial processes

· A careful, structured, and reliable working style

· A high level of responsibility and discretion when handling confidential information

· Ability to work independently and good organizational skills

· Willingness to learn and work with existing processes and systems
