The Role: As a Sales Assistant, you will be the backbone of our sales operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive top-tier service while providing essential administrative support to the sales team. Your Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in managing daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

• Engage with customers directly, providing exceptional Customer Service and addressing inquiries with professionalism.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation using CRM Software and Microsoft Office.

• Assist in the sales process, from lead generation to closing, helping the team reach and exceed targets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in realestate sales or customer-facing environment (Entry Level).

• Core Skills: Proven ability in Customer Service and a natural talent for Sales.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with google apps and an interest in learning CRM Software.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written Communication Skills to build strong Relationship Building.

• Organization: Strong Time Management and Data Entry skills with a high attention to detail.

• Mindset: A proactive Problem Solving approach and a desire to thrive in a Retail/Sales setting.

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt.
