Are you ready to take your career to the global stage? We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Export Area Manager to join our team on-site in Monufya, Egypt. This is a pivotal role where you will lead our international expansion efforts, bridging the gap between our local operations and the global marketplace. As a key leader in our Logistics, Operations, and Sales divisions, you will be responsible for driving growth and ensuring our products reach customers worldwide with efficiency and precision.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for our paper products ( Paper sheets , Paper bags , Paper rolls ) to penetrate new international markets and expand our existing footprint.

• Oversee the entire export process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.

• Manage complex logistics and supply chain workflows to optimize delivery timelines and reduce operational costs.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global distributors, agents, and partners.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business development opportunities.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve ambitious export targets and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of proven experience in export management, international sales, or global logistics.
• Demonstrated expertise in Export, Sales, and Logistics within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong command of International Trade regulations, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.
• Proven track record of Negotiation and Business Development success in diverse geographical areas.
• Exceptional Strategic Planning and Market Analysis skills to drive data-informed decisions.
• Managerial-level leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to work on-site in Monufya, Egypt and handle the demands of a full-time management position.
