Partnerships

• Research and contact potential partners: local employers, businesses, block managers, embassies, schools, gyms, brokers and health plan providers

• Present LIPS Healthcare services, including GP Membership, urgent care, corporate health packages and flu clinics

• Book meetings, help prepare proposals and follow up with leads Consultant recruitment

• Research consultants who could join LIPS

• Book meetings with them

• Arrange clinic visits and introductory meetings with senior colleagues Marketing and admin

• Help create flyers, emails and presentations for partners and consultants

• Keep the CRM and outreach tracker up to date

• Research local opportunities, publications and competitors

Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer service, recruitment or marketing, or a relevant degree

• Fluent English, spoken and written (CEFR level C1),patients and business owners every day

• Clear, professional writing for emails and proposals

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Desirable

• Experience in private healthcare, medical recruitment or healthcare sales

• An interest in healthcare and how private clinics work
