We are #hiring Wholesale Specialist

to manage relationships with wholesale customers, follow up on their orders and payments, and support daily sales and distribution activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage wholesale customers and handle their daily requests.

Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure the correct quantities of each brand are loaded onto delivery vehicles.

Follow up on customer balances, outstanding payments, and collection.

Ensure customers follow the agreed contract terms and conditions.

Update customer lists and identify inactive customers for removal from distribution routes.

Follow up on monthly offers and suggest ways to increase sales.

Monitor competitors' activities, offers, and market changes.

Prepare regular reports on customer activities and market updates.

Requirements:

University graduate.

Previous experience in Operations or Call Center is required.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Strong follow-up, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with numbers and handle customer information accurately.
