Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist (MacBooks & Laptops) located in Maadi.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers in choosing the most suitable MacBook based on their real usage
• Building trust with customers through clear and honest communication
• Explaining device condition, battery performance, and overall value transparently
• Managing the full sales process from inquiry to purchase
• Delivering a premium, confidence-driven buying experience inside the branch
• Contributing to achieving sales targets
• Supporting and training new sales team members when needed

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer handling skills

Previous experience in sales (technology sales is a plus)

Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Good problem-solving and organizational skills

Interest in technology, especially Apple MacBooks

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
