We’re Hiring: Female Sales Executive – Beauty & Wellness

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Female Sales Executive to join Suay, an exciting platform in the beauty and wellness industry.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of sales experience in the beauty industry, particularly working with beauty salons, beauty centers, spas, and massage centers. The main responsibility will be to build strong relationships with business owners across Alexandria and convince them to join our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach beauty salons, beauty centers, spas, and massage centers across Alexandria.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present the Suay platform and communicate its benefits to potential partners.
• Conduct field visits and sales meetings to onboard new businesses.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients and follow up consistently.
• Negotiate partnership terms and successfully close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Female candidate based in Alexandria, Egypt.
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the beauty, wellness, spa, massage, or salon industry.
• An existing network of contacts with salon owners and beauty professionals is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong relationship-building and client acquisition abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable conducting field visits and meeting clients in person.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; good English communication skills are preferred.
