WE'RE HIRING | Medical Sales Head

Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience in medical sales within the hospital or healthcare sector.
* Previous experience in a sales leadership position, such as Medical Sales Manager, District Manager, or Sales Head, is a must.
* Strong established relationships with doctors across multiple medical specialties, particularly:
* ICU & Critical Care
* Cardiology
* Orthopedics
* Oncology
* Neurology & Neurosurgery
* Internal Medicine
* General Surgery
* Pulmonology & Chest Diseases
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing business opportunities, and leading high-performing teams.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and develop the medical sales team to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors across key specialties and strengthen existing accounts.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the hospital's referral network.
* Promote hospital services and medical specialties to healthcare professionals.
* Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement action plans to improve results.
* Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and strengthen the hospital's competitive position.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
