Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of clients across various insurance product lines
• Proactively engage with clients to review their coverage needs and ensure policy renewals
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and coordinate with the sales team
• Handle client escalations and resolve complex issues with professionalism and urgency
• Track and analyze client data to identify retention risks and growth opportunities
• Build strong, trust-based relationships that increase client lifetime value
• Prepare regular performance reports and present portfolio updates to line management
• Stay up to date with insurance products, regulations, and market trends

Qualifications & Required Skills

• 2–6 years of experience.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Car ownership is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
