Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based across HK Designs branches in Cairo and Giza, Egypt. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, inventory checks, and ensuring a clean, organized sales floor. The Store Manager leads and coaches the store team, monitors sales performance, and implements strategies to enhance customer experience and drive revenue. Day-to-day tasks include supervising staff schedules, handling customer inquiries and escalations, managing cash operations, and enforcing retail loss prevention practices. The Store Manager collaborates with management to execute promotional activities, maintain brand standards, and report on store performance.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, leading staff, and coordinating with management.
• Proven Store Management experience, including supervising teams and managing daily retail operations.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect store assets.
• Experience in fashion or apparel retail is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Cairo, Egypt, including weekends and peak retail periods as needed.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a retail environment is preferred.
