Role Description The Learning and Development Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharm El Sheikh. This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs for resort and cruise team members, ensuring alignment with company standards and service excellence goals. Daily tasks include planning learning activities, organizing training schedules, supporting instructional design of training materials, and maintaining accurate training records within learning management systems. The coordinator will collaborate with department leaders to identify development needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and support onboarding and continuous skill enhancement initiatives. The role also involves facilitating communication about learning opportunities and promoting a culture of ongoing professional growth.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Training & Development and Training skills to design, coordinate, and deliver effective learning programs.
• Candidates should possess Learning Management skills to administer training systems, track participation, and report on learning outcomes.
• Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills to create structured, engaging, and practical training materials and sessions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to facilitate trainings, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide clear guidance to team members.
• Experience in hospitality or service-oriented environments is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital learning tools or e-learning platforms.
• Relevant education in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
