We're looking for data-curious, experiment-driven students to join our Growth Marketing Internship and gain hands-on experience in the growth work that scales real products.
About the Internship
As a Growth Marketing Intern, you'll do realistic growth marketing work inspired by real companies: designing mock growth experiments, drafting mock funnel strategies, writing mock landing-page copy, and planning mock acquisition campaigns that drive measurable results.
You'll learn how growth marketers turn data into experiments and experiments into compounding growth — acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals.
Responsibilities
* Design mock growth experiments with hypotheses, success metrics, and test plans.
* Build mock full-funnel strategies covering acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
* Write mock landing-page copy optimized for conversion.
* Plan mock A/B tests on pages, emails, and campaign creatives.
* Draft mock paid acquisition campaign plans (search, social, display).
* Build mock referral and viral-loop programs to drive organic growth.
* Create mock lifecycle email and messaging sequences to re-engage users.
* Analyze mock funnel data to identify drop-off points and opportunities.
* Draft mock onboarding and activation flows that convert signups into users.
* Plan mock retargeting campaigns for high-intent audiences.
* Build mock growth dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
* Research mock competitor growth tactics and benchmark performance.
* Draft mock SEO-driven content briefs that feed the growth funnel.
* Propose mock pricing and packaging experiments to lift revenue.
* Write mock experiment write-ups documenting learnings and next steps.
* Map mock user journeys from first touch to paid conversion.
* Build mock growth roadmaps prioritizing experiments by expected impact.
* Use AI tools to analyze data, draft experiments, and generate growth ideas.
Requirements
* Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
* Strong analytical thinking with comfort working with numbers and metrics.
* Strong interest in startups, funnels, and experimentation.
* Creative problem-solving mindset — you test ideas instead of guessing.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong organization and deadline habits.
* Familiarity with basic concepts like conversion rates and A/B testing is a plus but not required.
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus.
* Previous professional marketing experience is not required.
