We are looking for an experienced SEO Content Optimization Specialist to improve the organic search visibility and performance of our online courses across M3aarf and MindLuster.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in SEO content strategy, keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization, with the ability to optimize hundreds of course pages efficiently using SEO tools and AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and SERP analysis to identify high-potential ranking opportunities.
• Analyze top-ranking competitors and develop content strategies to improve our search rankings.
• Optimize course pages monthly, including titles, descriptions, headings, meta tags, FAQs, and internal linking.
• Develop SEO-friendly Arabic content aligned with user search intent and Google best practices.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities to outperform competing educational platforms.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content production while ensuring accuracy, originality, and quality.
• Optimize content for traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences (GEO/AEO).
• Monitor keyword rankings, impressions, CTR, and organic traffic using Google Search Console and GA4.
• Identify underperforming pages and implement data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with SEO and development teams on structured data, indexing, and technical SEO improvements.
• Build scalable content optimization workflows and maintain quality standards across thousands of course pages.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in content optimization or large-scale websites.
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, search intent, keyword mapping, and competitor analysis.
• Proven experience improving organic rankings and traffic through content optimization.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar SEO tools.
• Excellent Arabic writing and editing skills.
• Ability to analyze top-ranking pages and produce competitive, search-optimized content.
• Experience using AI writing tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity.
• Understanding of internal linking, content structure, and SEO best practices.
• Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume content optimization tasks while maintaining quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience optimizing educational platforms, online courses, or large content websites.
• Familiarity with programmatic SEO and scalable content workflows.
• Knowledge of AI search optimization, structured data, and Google's content quality guidelines.
• Experience with Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and advanced SEO reporting.
