Role Description The Customer Support Agent – English Account is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. The agent will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting basic technical or account-related problems, documenting interactions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with other teams to escalate complex issues, adhering to established procedures and service level agreements, and maintaining a professional, empathetic tone in all customer interactions. The agent is expected to meet performance targets, contribute to continuous process improvements, and represent Jobs Hub’s standards of service.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on building trust and rapport.
• Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction through attentive listening, problem ownership, and timely follow-up.
• Clear and professional Communication skills in English, both written and verbal, suitable for various support channels.
• Competence in Troubleshooting common technical, product, or account issues using structured, logical approaches.
• Relevant experience in a contact center or customer support environment is preferred.
• Comfort using CRM or ticketing systems and basic computer applications.
• Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo and perform rotating shifts when required.
