The Appointment Setter role at Clinic Blast Marketing is a full-time position. In this role, the Appointment Setter will contact prospective and existing patients or clients by phone, email, or messaging tools to schedule appointments on behalf of clinic partners.

Day-to-day tasks include qualifying leads, explaining services clearly, managing appointment calendars, and updating records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

The Appointment Setter will follow scripts and guidelines, handle basic inquiries, and ensure that appointments are accurately booked and confirmed. This role also involves collaborating with clinic staff and internal team members to resolve scheduling issues and maintain a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong appointment setting and scheduling skills for managing calendars and booking patient or client visits accurately
• Effective lead management skills to identify, qualify, and follow up with prospective patients or clients
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening
• Solid customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally, address concerns, and provide a positive experience
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM or scheduling software and email tools
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Previous experience in appointment setting, call center work, or sales is an asset

• Pay: E£25,000.00 – E£51,000.00 per month
