- Utilize Amadeus gds to secure the best routes and rates for our diverse clientele.
- Consistently meet and exceed Sales Targets through expert consultation and persuasive communication.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service, handling inquiries and resolving issues with grace and efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to provide the most up-to-date Tourism advice and destination insights.
- Master Office Tools to maintain meticulous records and streamline administrative workflows.

Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of proven success in the travel industry, specifically within a Tourism or agency environment.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Amadeus gds and standard Office Tools is essential.
- Sales Driven: A track record of hitting Sales Targets and driving revenue growth through expert Travel consulting.
- Service Excellence: Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Support skills with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
