Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will support buyers, sellers, and developers through the full property cycle, including prospecting, property viewings, market analysis, and transaction support. Daily tasks include advising clients on market conditions, preparing and presenting property listings, coordinating tours, and negotiating offers and contracts. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of RED’s partnered developers and projects, using data and technology tools to provide informed recommendations, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the engagement. The Real Estate Agent will also manage documentation, follow up on leads, and work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and strong foundational knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing transactions.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with the local Cairo and greater Egypt property markets and major residential and commercial developments.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data-backed insights clearly.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, digital listing platforms, and basic data analysis tools is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a sales-focused role.
