We’re Hiring: Debt Recovery Agent
100% Remote | Cardoo Ltd — Cyprus
Cardoo Ltd is expanding its international recovery team, and we are looking for motivated, results-driven professionals who know how to negotiate, handle objections, and turn outstanding balances into successful payments.
Location: We welcome applications from candidates based in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Lebanon.
What You Will Do
- Make outbound calls to customers with outstanding balances owed to car rental companies.
- Communicate with customers professionally and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Handle objections and secure payment commitments.
- Follow up with customers to achieve collection targets.
- Record calls, agreements, and results accurately in the CRM system.
- Monitor your performance and work toward clear monthly KPIs.

Working Schedule
- 11:00 AM–8:00 PM Cyprus time, Monday to Friday, including a 1-hour break.
- Saturday and Sunday off.
Contract

- Based on performance, the contract may be extended for an additional year.
Skills
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent Arabic and English, with a C1 level or higher in both languages.
- At least 6 months of professional experience in debt collection, debt recovery, sales, or customer service.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls and negotiating payment arrangements.
- Experience using CRM systems, dialers, WhatsApp, and email.
- Familiarity with Gulf Arabic dialects is a plus.
- Experience working with customers in the UAE or wider MENA region is highly preferred.
- Reliable internet connection, a PC or laptop, and a quiet remote workspace.
