Job Purpose: Ensure the implementation of quality systems and procedures within the factory, and monitor the quality of raw materials, production processes, and the final product, ensuring synthetic fibers meet approved technical specifications and customer requirements. Responsibilities and Duties: Inspect incoming raw materials according to approved specifications. Record inspection results and approve or reject materials. Coordinate with procurement and warehouses in case of non-conformity. Monitor process quality during operation (In-Process Inspection). Ensure compliance with operating standards and technical specifications. Detect any deviations or defects during production and inform the relevant departments. Suggest corrective actions to improve process quality. Inspect the final product before storage or shipping. Ensure synthetic fibers meet the required specifications. Issue approval or rejection reports. Conduct laboratory tests on raw materials and the final product. Use measuring and testing equipment according to instructions. Ensure periodic calibration of measuring equipment. Prepare and update quality records and reports. Record non-conformity reports (NCR). Prepare defect and waste reports. Follow up on non-conformities and take corrective actions. Participate in Root Cause Analysis. Follow up on the implementation of preventive measures. Participate in internal quality system audits. Adhere to ISO requirements. Assist in preparing for external audits. Contribute to the analysis of customer quality complaints. Propose solutions to improve product quality and reduce defects. Participate in continuous improvement activities. Adhere to safety instructions while working. Use personal protective equipment. Report any potential hazards. Skills: Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Good communication skills. Proficiency in preparing reports and using computer software. Ability to work under pressure.
