مراقب إنتاج (Production Coordinator)

Production coordinator to work in the production department at a factory in 10th of Ramadan City. Nature of work: The position is field-based inside the production hall for the duration of the shift, not an office job. It requires constant presence among the production lines, working directly with technicians and workers, and monitoring the workflow at all times. The applicant must be able to stand and move within the production hall for long periods, communicate effectively with technicians and workers, guide them, and follow up on the execution of tasks during the shift. Key tasks: • Monitor production lines and workflow throughout the shift. • Work and coordinate directly with technicians and workers inside the production hall. • Organize and coordinate labor between production lines according to operational needs. • Prepare a Daily Shift Production Report and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data. • Record and monitor actual production, downtime, malfunctions, changeovers, and quality issues. • Record and review raw material consumption, production, waste, and returns, and ensure data accuracy. • Follow up on production orders and planned quantities versus actual production. • Coordinate with planning, warehouses, quality, and maintenance to resolve any problems affecting production flow as quickly as possible. • Monitor production line needs and coordinate to provide required raw materials and supplies. • Follow up on open issues, stopped lines, and incomplete production orders, and provide a clear status handover to the next shift. Requirements: • Appropriate university degree or higher intermediate qualification. • 1–3 years of previous experience in a production or factory environment. • Experience in plastic factories or extrusion lines is preferred. • Proficiency in using Excel and handling production reports and data. • High accuracy in recording and reviewing numbers and data. • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle and coordinate with technicians, workers, and various departments. • Energetic, organized, fast-paced personality, capable of handling operational problems. • Ability to perform field work, move around, and stand for long periods inside the production hall. Work location: 10th of Ramadan City – Industrial Zone B4. Working days: 6 days per week. Transportation is provided from: El Salam Bus Station – Abu Kebir – 10th of Ramadan City.
