مراقب إنتاج (Production Coordinator)

Production Coordinator to work in the production department at a factory in 10th of Ramadan City. Nature of work: The position is field-based inside the production hall throughout the shift and is not an office job. It requires constant presence between production lines, working directly with technicians and workers, and monitoring the flow of operations continuously. The applicant must be able to stand and move within the production hall for long periods, communicate effectively with technicians and workers, guide them, and follow up on the implementation of requirements during the shift. Main tasks: • Monitoring production lines and the flow of operations throughout the shift. • Working and coordinating directly with technicians and workers inside the production hall. • Organizing and coordinating labor between production lines according to operational needs. • Preparing a Daily Shift Production Report and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data. • Recording and monitoring actual production, downtime, breakdowns, job changes, and quality issues. • Recording and reviewing raw material consumption, production, waste, and returns, and ensuring data accuracy. • Monitoring production orders and planned quantities versus actual production. • Coordinating with planning, warehousing, quality, and maintenance departments to resolve any issues affecting production flow as quickly as possible. • Monitoring production line needs and coordinating to provide required raw materials and supplies. • Monitoring open issues, stopped lines, and incomplete production orders, and delivering a clear status update to the next shift. Requirements: • Suitable higher or above-average qualification. • 1–3 years of previous experience in a production environment or factories. • Previous experience in plastic factories or extrusion lines is preferred. • Proficiency in using Excel and handling production reports and data. • High accuracy in recording and reviewing numbers and data. • Strong communication skills and the ability to deal and coordinate with technicians, workers, and various departments. • Energetic, organized, quick-to-follow-up personality capable of handling operational problems. • Ability to perform field work, move, and stand for long periods inside the production hall. Workplace: 10th of Ramadan City – Industrial Zone B4. Working days: 6 days per week. Transportation is provided from: El Salam Terminal – Abu Kabir – 10th of Ramadan City.
