Job Duties: Receive finished production inventory documents from warehouses to ensure their accuracy. Review the automated sequence of inventory vouchers according to the type of inventory movement based on what was issued by the warehouse management to ensure no sequence is missing. Identify all posting errors and follow up with the warehouses to correct these postings. Reconcile the quantities delivered from production warehouses on the accounting software with what was received in the finished production warehouses. List open inventory documents to follow up on their posting and invoice issuance. Follow up on delayed postings with the warehouse management to finalize these pending items. Job Requirements: Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting major. 2 to 4 years of experience. Proficiency in computer skills sufficient to use Word and Excel programs. On-site presence is required.
