Develop the work plan within the showroom and monitor its proper execution. Organize work within the showroom and distribute tasks among all showroom staff. Work to achieve the showroom's sales goals. Supervise all showroom facilities and ensure their operational efficiency. Follow up with various internal and external parties to resolve any issues. Monitor the issuance of invoices, vouchers, and disbursement requests, and ensure the accuracy of all outputs. Supervise, guide, monitor, and control the entire showroom team. Identify training requirements for sales staff within the showroom to improve sales performance. Train sales personnel on their sales capabilities periodically and continuously. Hold periodic meetings with sales personnel. Coordinate weekly vacations among showroom staff in accordance with company policies. Follow up on customers receiving their goods in coordination with sales personnel. Continuously monitor and observe the showroom floor to oversee sales staff and customer traffic. Monitor and oversee the development of quality systems and standards and prepare technical reports on the quality of displayed items.
