Monitor team compliance with quality standards.
Prepare periodic reports and improve performance.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in hotels or any similar service sector.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Great attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
Experience in housekeeping quality/inspection ✔️ Proficiency in Excel – Word – Outlook✔️ Accuracy and strong communication skills✔️ Ability to work under pressure
