Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, and support for HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities include administering employee benefits, assisting with recruitment and selection processes, coordinating performance management activities, and addressing routine employee inquiries. The role also involves ensuring compliance with local labor laws, supporting HR initiatives and programs, and collaborating with management to improve HR workflows and employee experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in core HR operations.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies and Personnel Management practices.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and related documentation and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and standard office productivity tools.
- Understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements in Egypt.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
