- Perform and ensure the completion of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) on all Building Management System (BMS) works as planned. - Respond to all reactive maintenance tasks within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Perform electrical installation works. - Conduct daily inspections of all electrical works.
