Tasks and responsibilities:
Supervising warehouse keepers, distributing daily tasks, monitoring compliance with work procedures, and evaluating performance.
Following up on receiving, issuing, transferring, and return operations, and ensuring that items and quantities match and that documents and approved signatures are completed.
Ensuring that all movements are recorded on the system within the same working day, following up on pending documents, and addressing delays in registration.
Following up on reconciling system balances with physical stock, verifying the causes of discrepancies, negative balances, and unusual movements, and following up on their resolution according to approved procedures.
Organizing storage locations, coding them, and defining items, following up on organization, cleanliness, and aisle safety, and ensuring the protection of materials and products from damage, mixing, and loss.
