Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and communicate with truck drivers across the United States.

• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates.

• Guide qualified drivers through the recruitment and onboarding process.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and follow-ups.

• Achieve individual monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

• Very good to fluent English communication skills (B2–C1 preferred).

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Good computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems.

• Previous experience in recruitment, telesales, or customer service is a plus.

• Fresh graduates with strong English skills are welcome.

• Willingness to work on-site in Maadi, Cairo.
