Job Summary

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

The Role bridges the gap between plant operations and business performance. You will use your technical problem-solving mindset to analyze plant data track energy and monitor production costs to drive continuous improvement.

• Operational Performance: Track monthly production and maintenance metrics; identify root causes when performance deviates from targets.
• CAPEX & Project Tracking: Monitor budgets spending and execution timelines for plant upgrades equipment purchases and facility expansions.
• Energy & Efficiency Analysis: Partner with plant teams and the Energy Manager to analyze power consumption against operational efficiency benchmarks.
• Dashboards & Forecasting: Build simple monthly KPI dashboards and help site managers prepare realistic operational budgets.

• Prepare Business case analysis & measure effect on Gross Margin and Suggest corrective action to business.
• Prepare Flash comments related to Sales GM OI G&A variance compared to Target / Reforecast Same month previous year.

• Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Strong numerical logic
• Curiosity to explore and learn
• Problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets (curiosity to learn data automation)
