Job specific responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects from initiation to completion.
2. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
3. Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
4. Track project progress and mitigate risks.
5. Collaborate with developers, and engineers to ensure technical feasibility.
6. Review code, designs, and technical documentation.
7. Identify and implement best practices for software development, system architecture, or IT solutions.
8. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
9. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
10. Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and efficiency.
11. Act as a bridge between technical teams, business units.
12. Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
13. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
14. Ensure all projects meet industry standards, security protocols, and company policies.

Education

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or team leadership roles.
• Experience managing software development, IT infrastructure, or technology-related projects is a must.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Knowledge of cloud computing, DevOps, and system integration.
• Familiarity with resource management tools, capacity planning software, and demand forecasting tools.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and create actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certification could be beneficial if working in an Agile environment.
• Certifications related to Project Management (e.g., PMP) may also be helpful for managing complex resource planning in technical projects.
