Collection Officer (B2B & B2C) | Fresh Graduates Welcome

Location: Maadi, Cairo

We are hiring Collection Officers to join a leading international debt collection company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Clarify account status and agree on suitable repayment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
• Analyze overdue accounts, identify potential risks, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and coordinate with Finance and Customer Service teams.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• 0–2 years of experience in B2B & B2C debt collection.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent email writing skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Target-oriented, organized, and persistent.
• Residents of Maadi or nearby areas are preferred.
