We’re Hiring | Maintenance Supervisor

Nile Projects & Trading Co. (NPTCO) is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

Location: 6th of October

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise maintenance technicians and distribute daily tasks.

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.

- Manage corrective maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.

- Oversee building maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, finishing works, and basic HVAC systems.

- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers.

- Monitor maintenance budgets, materials, spare parts, and costs.

- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and safety procedures.

- Prepare regular maintenance reports and track performance KPIs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical diploma with strong experience.

- 5–8 years of experience in facility or building maintenance At least 2 years of experience supervising maintenance technicians.

- Good knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, finishing works, and HVAC basics.

- Knowledge of HSE requirements; OSHA or an equivalent safety certificate is a plus.

- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.

- Good to very good command of English.
