Role Description The Application Supervisor (AI Integration/LLM and .NET) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi, responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of applications that leverage AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and .NET technologies. This role involves supervising a technical team, coordinating development activities, and ensuring applications meet performance, security, and scalability standards aligned with business requirements. The supervisor will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify use cases for AI and LLM integration, manage application lifecycle processes, and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring system performance, resolving application issues, coordinating with support teams, and driving continuous improvement and optimization initiatives. The role also includes preparing documentation, contributing to training and knowledge sharing, and ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
- Good knowledge of React or Angular.
- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM integration is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
