Role Description The Application Developer Supervisor (AI & .NET) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for leading a development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining AI-driven and .NET-based applications. Day-to-day tasks include supervising developers, reviewing code, guiding solution architecture, and ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and performance requirements. The supervisor collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and oversee integration with existing systems and databases. The role involves coordinating project timelines, allocating tasks, mentoring team members, and managing issue resolution to ensure high-quality delivery. The supervisor also contributes to continuous improvement by evaluating new tools, optimizing processes, and supporting cross-functional initiatives within Xceed’s technology environment.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, with proven experience in .NET technologies and AI-related frameworks.
• Hands-on experience working with Databases, including design, optimization, and integration with applications.
• Proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related front-end technologies to support user interface implementation.
• Experience in Integration, including APIs, web services, and connecting applications with internal and external systems.
• Minimum 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in application development teams.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects while ensuring code quality and maintainability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with secure development practices, version control systems, and agile or iterative delivery methodologies.
