Duties and Responsibilities:

· Implement instructions issued by the Inventory Control Department and comply with the directives of the Senior Inventory Control Manager and Inventory Control General Manager.

· Lead, supervise, and manage warehouse keepers, including task allocation and performance follow-up.

· Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, and Budget departments to ensure smooth execution of warehouse processes.

· Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all receiving and issuing documentation.

· Review purchase requests in relation to available inventory balances.

· Monitor and supervise daily warehouse operations.

· Review and approve warehouse reports before submission to the Inventory Control Department.

· Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory items and report findings regularly.

· Ensure warehouse safety, security, and proper storage conditions at all times.

· Conduct periodic inventory counts and prepare reports for management.

· Take responsibility for inventory count results, including shortages and surpluses.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a related field.

· Good command of the English language.

· Very good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.

· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
