We’re hiring: Tele-sales Representative at 4Level1 (Maadi, Cairo, Egypt)

Do you enjoy helping people reach their goals? Join our Sales team at 4Level1, where you’ll promote English courses and programs to prospective students over the phone.

What you’ll do

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound sales inquiries
• Understand each prospect’s English level, goals, and learning motives
• Present the right course, schedule, and promotions, and handle objections
• Close registrations and hit weekly and monthly targets
• Keep the CRM accurate and follow up on warm leads and trial attendees
• Work with Academic, Customer Experience, and Operations to onboard students smoothly
• Serve our Egypt and dedicated online Gulf tracks, using Gulf or Levantine accents where needed

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 1+ years in tele-sales, call center sales, or outbound sales (EdTech experience preferred)
• Fluent Arabic and English (minimum A2)
• Gulf or Levantine accent for the Gulf track
• Confident, persuasive phone manner and strong CRM habits
• Resilience, flexibility with rotating shifts, and a willingness to take coaching
