Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and develop new customer accounts.

• Conduct regular client visits and meetings.

• Promote and sell UCS products and solutions.

• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and distributors.

• Coordinate with the Technical Office for quotations and technical requirements.

• Follow up quotations from inquiry until closing.

• Negotiate and close deals within approved commercial terms.

• Follow up payments for closed deals.

• Maintain an updated sales pipeline.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience.

• Real Estate or Insurance sales experience is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Target-driven with excellent follow-up skills.

• Presentable, confident, and comfortable with outdoor sales.

• Good English and Microsoft Office skills.

• Engineering background is not required.
