Job Opportunity: Senior Recruiter

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Senior Recruiter to own and elevate our talent acquisition strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various business functions. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in modern sourcing techniques, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment pipelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-lifecycle recruitment processes from job intake and sourcing to final offer negotiation and onboarding handover.

Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, direct headhunting, and professional networks.

Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish evaluation criteria, and align on hiring timelines.

Conduct structured behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate fit.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for active and future business needs.

Monitor key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Candidate Conversion Rate) to optimize recruitment operations.

Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey to promote the company’s employer brand.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

4–7 years of progressive recruitment/talent acquisition experience (In-house or Agency background).

Hands-on expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, headhunting).

Excellent candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and salary negotiation skills.

High fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates residing in Heliopolis or nearby areas are strongly preferred.
