COLORS Beauty company announces its need to hire In-Store Sales Representatives. Join the COLORS Beauty team and work in the field of selling cosmetics and perfumes inside our branches. Conditions and Requirements: - 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales. - Previous experience in selling cosmetics, perfumes, and luxury products is preferred. - Good communication skills and the ability to deal with customers professionally. - Attention to personal appearance and maintaining an elegant and professional look. - Ability to achieve sales goals and targets. - Tact, self-confidence, and the ability to build good relationships with customers. - Proficiency in basic English is preferred. - Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. - Punctuality and the ability to work within a team. - Experience in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash is preferred. - Passion for the perfume, cosmetics, and luxury brand industry. - Priority given to those available to start immediately. Benefits: Monthly salary plus sales commissions. Medical insurance. Social insurance. Variable working hours: From 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. From 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. One variable weekly day off.
