Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) through the ERP system.
Obtain quotations and compare supplier pricing before issuing POs.
Place orders with suppliers and ensure timely confirmation.
Source and evaluate new suppliers to achieve better pricing and quality.
Follow up on deliveries and ensure timely receipt of purchased items.
Handle procurement of raw materials assets and operational requirements for different departments.
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Manufacturing experience is a strong plus.
