We’re Hiring | Site Engineer

Archer is looking for a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to join our Projects Team.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• 3–5 years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects.

• Previous experience in construction and contracting companies is required.

• Strong experience in site execution and supervision of civil and structural works.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality requirements.

• Experience in coordinating with subcontractors and different project disciplines.

• Good knowledge of HSE requirements and site safety procedures.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and follow up on daily construction activities.

• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, Technical Office, QA/QC, HSE, and other project teams.

• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and productivity.

• Identify and resolve technical and execution issues on site.

• Ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards.

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

• Support the Construction Manager in achieving project schedules and milestones.
