• Manage employee personnel files and ensure all required documentation is complete and updated.
• Handle employee onboarding and probation documentation.
• Process employment contracts, renewals, amendments, and employee confirmations.
• Administer social insurance activities including employee registration, updates, and terminations.
• Coordinate medical insurance enrollment, modifications, and employee support.
• Prepare and maintain HR letters, certificates, and official employee documents.
• Process employee leaves, resignations, terminations, and final settlement documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS/Odoo and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with labor law, social insurance requirements, and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing personnel-related documentation.
• Generate periodic personnel reports and HR metrics as required.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding personnel policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience
• Excellent English Speaker
