Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Cairo. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on delivering outstanding customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating positive customer experiences.

In addition to handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently, the role involves identifying upselling opportunities, recommending relevant products or services, and achieving sales targets to earn additional commissions. The ideal candidate should demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Qualifications

Fluency in English, with strong verbal communication skills.

Experience or knowledge in customer service, customer support, and customer experience management.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work on-site in New Cairo while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
