Role Description This is a full-time Sales Engineer role based in Cairo, Egypt, with a hybrid work model that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Engineer will support the sales cycle by understanding client requirements, presenting technical solutions, and preparing proposals and quotations for pharmaceutical construction and infrastructure projects. Daily responsibilities include conducting technical presentations and demonstrations, answering product and service inquiries, and collaborating with engineering and project teams to ensure solutions are feasible and compliant. The role also involves providing pre- and post-sales technical support, building strong relationships with clients, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Pure Power’s offerings, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The Sales Engineer will document customer interactions, track opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales and support processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to interpret client needs, propose viable solutions, and assist with implementation and troubleshooting.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, deliver clear technical information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including opportunity identification, negotiation, and closing, while aligning solutions with business and technical objectives.
• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related field) or a closely related discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, industrial, or construction projects, with familiarity with GMP and regulatory requirements, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a technical and regulated context.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, along with strong presentation and documentation skills.
• Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic project management practices.
